【Abstract】 In the process of producing potato primary elites,expensive chemistry and culture containers were replaced by cheap ones,different ways that can increase the average weight of individual seed and the number per plant were tried.By optimizing the parameters of producting potato primary elites,the quality of tuber seedling was equally good and yield of primary elites was increased.While ,the production cost was greatly reduced.These researches guaranteed the system engineering of changing the degeneration potato cultivars in Taihang mountains district in Hebei province.更多还原
