【摘要】 塞罕坝月平均风速多在 4 0 8级以上 ,3、 4、 5月形成第 1个高峰 ,9、 10、 11月形成第2个高峰。 1～ 9月风速增加时间在 9∶0 0～ 13∶0 0时之间 ,且多集中于 11∶0 0～ 13∶0 0时 ,10～ 11月增速时间多集中在 9∶0 0～ 11∶0 0时 ,3～ 9月风速减弱时间多集中在 17∶0 0～ 18∶0 0时 ,其余月份集中在 15∶0 0～ 16∶0 0时 ;风力增速一般从 4、 5级开始 ,增级 1～ 3级 ,大风连续 2～ 3d ;6～ 8级风年平均 6 8d ,频率 18 7% ,4、 5级风分别年均 116d ,频率是 6～ 8级风的 1 70倍。依据风天规律 ,对护林防火工作和林业生产提出 5项建议更多还原

【Abstract】 The mean wind velocity in Saihanba area is above 4 08 grade. And the first peak is occurred between March to May, and the second peak in Sept to Nov. The accelerating time daily in Jan to Sept falls at 9∶00～13∶00,and concentrated at 11∶00～13∶00.For the period from Oct to Nov,it is mainly occurred at 9∶00～11∶00.The weakening time of wind speed from March to Sept is mainly occured at 17∶00～18∶00,and 15∶00～16∶00 for other months in a year.Wind acceleration usually starts at 4～5 grade, and is increased by 1～3 grades,and the gale will prolonged by 2～3 days.In a year, gales above 6～8 grades has 68 days (about 18 7%), and the days for 4～5 grade wind in a year is 116 days, which is 1 7 times of that of 6～8 grade wind.In the end,five suggestions for fire control and forest production are put forward.更多还原
