【摘要】 对近年来国内出现的棒线材生产新工艺进行了分析。围绕着无头轧制 ,热送热装 ,感应加热 ,低温轧制 ,棒材表面淬火及自回火 ,轧后控冷等技术的发展现状 ,作用机理和应用效果展开讨论 ,并提出了亟待解决的问题。这些工艺技术不但适用于新建厂 ,而且也适用于已有轧钢厂的技术改造。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new technologies for making bar and wirerod are studied.The discussion is made on technologies of Endless Welding Rolling(EWR),transporting and load of hot billets,electro influence heat up,low tempreature rolling,quenched and tempered bar exterior,and control cooling for end of rolling rods and wires.The technologies are discussed on the present situation,mechanism,theory,application effect.A series of problem are put forward,which are needed to solve.The technologies can be used to both new factory and old factory for rebuilding.更多还原
