【Abstract】 This article explores European social democratic parties and other left-wing parties’ evolution of ethics, practical history and management experience through the analysis of ethic socialism and its derivations, demonstrates their rational choice in the face of the new problems in economical and political globalization through the angel of "good governance" and democracy . This article concluded from the above :ethics is the core of aclministrational rule . Moral administration is the practical fundament and destination of realizing socialism democratic ideal ,legitimacy of the Party and eternal stability.
