海洋生物监测新技术探索:幼虫变态实验
A Probe Into New Biomonitoring Technique: Larval Metamorphosis Experiment
【摘要】 回顾了近年来海洋环境污染生物监测中的海洋底栖无脊椎动物早期发育和变态阶段的毒性实验的研究进展 ,强调应根据敏感性和代表性水平来选取生物有机体进行生物毒性实验 ,并探讨了运用幼虫变态实验来进行海洋污染监测的可行性
【Abstract】 In this paper, the recent advances in researches of toxicity test on the marine benthic invertebrate at early development and metamorphosis stages for monitoring the marine environmental pollution are reviewed, it should be emphasized to select the test organisms for toxicity test according to their sensitivity and representativeness, and the feasibility to apply the larval metamophosis experiment to the monitoring of marine pollution is explored.
