钢桁梁整体节点模型强度分析
Stress Analysis of the Model of Integral Node in Steel Truss Girder
【摘要】 应用 ANSYS有限元程序对工程上较为先进的钢桁梁整体节点进行了强度分析 ,得出了在最大载荷作用情况下整体节点的应力云图 ,并与之前进行的大比例尺模型试验所测得的整体节点应力分布规律进行比较 ,从而证明了整体节点构造设计的合理性 ,并对整体节点的性能给出了总的评价 .
【Abstract】 By means of ANSYS, a major FEA software, the strength analysis of integral node of steel truss girder is conducted.Compared with the data obtained from the previous model test, the calculated stress distribution rules under the maximum load verify the reliability of such design from the point of view of calculation mechanics.A su mmary of the features of this structure is also presented.
