【Abstract】 Aim The various preparation methods and application prospects of ultrafine Al-2O-3 powders are explored. Methods The advantages and shortages of the various preparation are compared. Recent development of agglomeration mechanism and agglomeration control are reviewed. The special characteristics and application are introduced. Results and Conclusion The liquid phase method is the major trend. Adding surfactant is the main anti-agglomeration measure. Ultrafine Al-2O-3 helps to improve electronic and material industry.更多还原
