镁合金在工业及国防中的应用
Application of Magnesium Alloy in Industry and National Defence
【摘要】 目的 介绍镁合金机械特性、铸造性能和熔炼特性 .方法 结合目前国内外熔炼镁合金的方法 ,介绍了镁合金在熔剂覆盖和无熔剂覆盖下熔炼的机理及操作方法 .结果与结论 镁合金的广泛应用主要取决于 4个因数 :1产品的设计与研制 ;2生产成本 ;3产品的回收与环境保护 ;4对设备轻量化的迫切程度
【Abstract】 Aim\ To introduce the mechanic properties, foundry properties and fusion properties of magnesium alloy. Methods\ Combined with current smelting processes for producing magnesium alloy in the world, the principle and method of operation with or without flux cover have been introduced. Results and Conclusion\ The wide application of magnesium alloy depends on four factors: ① The design and development of products; ② Production cost; ③ Recovery of products and environmental protection; ④ The degree of urgent need for light equipment.
