QML01低压铜基甲醇合成催化剂本征动力学研究
Study of Reaction Kinetics of Methanol Synthesis over QML01 Cu-based Catalyst
【摘要】 目的 在实验研究的基础上 ,建立 QML0 1型低压铜基甲醇合成催化剂的本征动力学模型 .方法采用微型等温积分反应器在 5 MPa,(2 2 4~ 2 72 )℃和气体组成 (摩尔分率 ) CO0 .0 5 13~ 0 .14 2 3 ,CO20 .0 0 6~ 0 .0 92 ,H2 0 .62 5 5~ 0 .7748的条件下 ,对国产 QML 0 1低压甲醇合成催化剂的本征动力学特性进行了系统的实验研究 .基于 CO,CO2 竞争加氢双路线合成甲醇机理模型 ,以 Simplex-Marquardt &Merson复合法对实验数据进行搜索、寻优 .结果 确定了 QML 0 1催化剂的本征动力学模型参数 .结论 统计分析和物理 -化学准则检验结果表明 ,所建立的 QML0 1催化剂本征动力学模型能良好地吻合实验结果 ,是适宜和可信的
【Abstract】 Aim\ Based on experimental results, the intrinsic kinetic models of low pressure methanol synthesis over a domestic Cu based catalyst, QML01, were established. Methods A series of the intrinsic kinetic experiments for QML01 catalyst was carried out in an integral micro reactor under following conditions: 5 MPa, (224~272) ℃ and feed compositions CO 0.051 3~0.142 3/CO\-2 0.006~0.092/H\-2 0.625 5~0.774 8 (mole fraction). The model parameters were searched by means of Simplex Marquardt optimal method and Merson integral method. Results\ The parameters of intrinsic kinetic models for QML01 catalyst were estimated, respectively. Conclusion\ Statistical test shows that the intrinsic kinetic models established for QML01 catalyst not only agree well with the experiment results, but are highly acceptable and reliable also.
