【摘要】 目的　研究激光变长线快速成型系统前处理过程中对 STL(Stereo Lithography)模型操作的各个步骤和主要算法 .方法　针对变长线扫描方式的特殊性 ,经过模块分析并编制相应算法完成 STL 模型的成型前处理 .结果　采用的算法稳定可靠 ,软件界面友好 ,适应性强 .结论　 STL模型成型前处理是快速原型技术应用于实际生产的重要环节 ,通过应用合理的算法可以较好地满足激光变长线快速成型系统的需要更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim\ To research each step and algorithm in STL model pre processing of LLS RP system. Methods\ Structual analysis are used to finish the algorithms in STL model pre processing of the distinctive LLS RP system. Results\ The algorithms are robust, efficient and adaptable through the application examination. Conclusion\ STL model pre processing is an important procedure in the practical application of RP technology, the advised algorithms can well meet the needs of LLS RP system.更多还原
