【Abstract】 Aim\ The technology of extracting pectin from the core of dried sunflower stalks is explored to make full use of agricultural waste materials. Methods\ Using the orthogonal array plan, the optimum conditions of salting out with aluminum sulfate are found. Results The better technological conditions are obtained. Conclusion\ A new way for making use of sunflower wastes is offered.更多还原
