氰酸酯改性环氧树脂及其在覆铜板中的应用

【摘要】 目的　氰酸酯改性环氧树脂基体提高覆铜板的性能 .方法　论述氰酸酯树脂合成与品种及氰酸酯改性环氧的机理与性能 ,分析氰酸酯改性环氧树脂在覆铜板中使用情况 .结果与结论　氰酸酯改性环氧树脂是高性能化环氧树脂覆铜板的一种方法 ,可满足电子领域中的高频使用要求

【Abstract】 Aim\ To improve the properties of copper claded board with the epoxy modified with cyanate as a matrix. Methods\ The synthesis and production of cyanate and the mechanism and properties of the epoxy modified with cyanate are discussed and its application to copper claded board is analyzed. Results\ The epoxy modified with cyanate well improves the properties of epoxy copper claded board and meets the high frequency requirement in electronic usage.
