学龄前儿童在不同运动负荷下心功能变化的研究

【摘要】 目的 研究国内学龄前儿童在不同运动负荷下心功能的变化 ,为筛选准儿童运动员提供可行性方法。 方法 应用超声心动图及录像仪测定 68例健康儿童在 2种不同运动负荷前后心功能各项指标的变化。 结果 ① 68例儿童经过运动负荷 1后 ,除每搏输出量 (SV )外其余心功能指标均有显著提高 (P <0 0 1) ;② 2 9例接受运动负荷 2的儿童 ,其每分输出量 (CO)、心脏指数 (CI)随心率升高而升高 ;射血分数 (EF)、左室短轴缩短率 (FS)的变化不呈直线性 ,心率在 15 0~160 /min时达到峰值 (P <0 0 1)。 结论 在筛选准儿童运动员时 ,可采用运动负荷 1作为初筛 ,以运动负荷 2进一步筛选心功能代偿能力强的儿童。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes in cardiac functions of preschool children under different exercise tests and to provide accessible method for selecting child athlete. Methods Ultrasonic cardiography and viodeotaping were used to measure cardiac functions of 68 healthy children before and after 2 different work load tests. Results 1. Except for SV, all other index of cardiac functions of the children were increased significantly under exercise test 1 ( P <0.01). 2. In 29 children on exercise test 2, cardiac output (CO) and cardiac index (CI) were increased as heart rate rose;ejection fraction (EF) and FS showed non linear changes. They got to peak when the heart rate ranged between 150 160/min( P <0.01). Conclusions Exercise test 1 could be used in primary election of child athlete, whereas exercise test 2 could be regarded as the further measurement to select children with higher compensation of cardiac functions.
