【Abstract】 As a new profession, the professionalization of the independent director has its particular meanings. Althougl] independent directors appear in the listed company in China, there is a tot) wide gap between them and the corresponding requirements of its professionalization nowadays. To enable the independent directors do fulfill their due duties in corporate governance, we must take some steps such as clarifying their functions, raising the standards of the professional admission, vesting in them greater power and providing them with steadier and higher wages and more allowance to cultivate thus gradually professionalize it.更多还原
