【摘要】 自 1979年以来 ,我国制定和颁布了二十多部法律法规来直接或间接地管理和控制技术引进工作。 2 0 0 2年元旦实施的《技术进出口管理条例》确立了技术引进中审批制与登记制这种宽严结合的管理模式。今后 ,我们还要立足国情 ,参照国际惯例 ,就技术引进的管制内容、环节、方法等作不断的完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1979, China has established and issued more than 20 laws or regulations to administer and control the import of technology directly or indirectly. The Technological Import and Export Control Regulations of PRC, which was put into use on January 1, 2002, set a strict and loose controlling model for the approving and registering system. China is expected to base on Chinese characteristics and consult the international practices for improving the controlling contents, processes and methods over technological import.更多还原
