上市公司股权集中度合理性研究
Research on the Density of Stockholder’s Equity of the Listing Corporation
【摘要】 目前上市公司股权结构存在诸多不合理的因素 ,本文综合前人的研究成果深入分析上市公司股权集中度的合理性 ,探索优化公司治理的途径。
【Abstract】 At present, there are many unreasonable factors on the ownership structure. The article synthesizes the relevant achievement to date, to find the reasonable density of stockholder’s equity, with the purpose to improve the governance of the corporation listed.
