塞曼石墨炉原子吸收法测定中药中痕量锰
Determination of Trace Manganese in Chinese Herb-medicine by Zeeman Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometric
【摘要】 采用L’VOV平台以增强抗干扰能力 ,以抗坏血酸作为基体改进剂 ,使灰化温度达到 130 0℃ ,吸光度增加 1.6倍 .用Zeeman效应校正背景 ,有效地克服了样品中Fe ,P等的光谱干扰 ,对其他元素的抗干扰能力也有所增强 ,方法的检出限 (3σ)为 0 .97μg/L ,特征质量为 14 .6 pg ,RSD为 0 .89% .该方法用于中草药中锰的测定 ,具有灵敏度高、重现性好、简便快速等特点 ,结果令人满意 .
【Abstract】 Vitamin C was used as matrix modifier for the determination of manganese in Chinese herb-medicine. In this way the charring temperature can be increased up to 1 300 ℃ and the absorbance can increase by 1.6 times. The characteristic concentration and detection limit(3 σ ) for Mn were 14.6 pg, 0.97 μg/L respectively. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of trace manganese in Chinese herb-medicine with the advantages of sensitivity, speed and simplicity.
