【Abstract】 RNA/DNA ratio was used to evaluate the cell growth in three mediums of different pH. The result showed that pH 7.2 was the optimum condition for growth of hemocyte of Penaeus japonicus. The morphology, structure and ultrastructure of the cells were also examined. When the improved medium was used to cultivate the primary hemocyte of P. japonicus, single layer of cells were dispersed well and covered 90 percent of the area.更多还原
