【Abstract】 The paper introduces the data acquisition and data processing system developed by VB(Visual Basic) and MATCOM. The system possesses some advantages such as friendly human-machine interface, being easy to develop, powerful function of data processing, real-time data processing and being easy to implement data mining. The paper completes the data acquisition and data processing of temperature field in Narrow Gap Welding.
