【摘要】 目的　建立以葛根素含量为指标的酒中仙胶囊的质量标准试验 ,快速准确测定酒中仙胶囊中葛根素的含量。 方法 　选用硅胶 G作固定相 ,以氯仿 -甲醇等为展开剂 ,以薄层扫描法测定葛根素的含量。 结果 　标准曲线回归方程 :A =73 3 7.674783 C+ 2 87.0 0 99962 ,Y =0 .99985 9816, 、 、 号胶囊 ,回收率分别 99.2 1%、10 2 .16.、10 2 .82 %;葛根素含量分别 17.2 7mg· g- 1 、15 .5 2 mg· g- 1 、7.5 3 mg· g- 1 。结论　本方法快速、准确、精密度好 ,可作为测定酒中仙胶囊中葛根素含量的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination puerarin in Jiuzhongxian capsule.METHODS The TLC scanning was used for the determination of puerarin.RESULTS The linear regression equation:A=7337 7C+287,r=0 9998.The recoveries were 99 21%,102 16% and 102 8%.
