【摘要】 目的 　研究白芥子的脂肪酸成分。方法 　采用 GC-MS联用技术分析白芥子 (Sinapis alba)乙醚提取物。结果 　从白芥子醚提物中鉴定了12种脂肪酸 ,它们分别是月桂酸 (0 .0 3 % )、豆蔻酸 (0 .2 4% )、十五烷酸 (0 .0 9% )、棕榈油酸 (1.43 % )、棕榈酸 (6.5 1% )、亚油酸 (3 4.80 % )、硬脂酸(2 .67% )、α-亚麻酸 (13 .0 1% )、油酸 (11.9% )、十九烷酸 (1.46% )、花生酸 (1.40 % )、芥酸 (2 1.5 1% )。更多还原
