【摘要】 目的 　测定小儿复方贝诺酯片中贝诺酯的含量。方法 　采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱 :Kromasil C1 8柱 (2 0 0 mm× 4.6mm,5 μm) ;流动相 :甲醇 -水 (75∶ 2 5 ) ;检测波长 :2 40 nm〔1〕,进样量 10μl;流速 :1.0 ml· min- 1 ;柱温 :室温。结果 　贝诺酯进样量在 10～ 40 0μg· ml- 1 范围内 ,线性关系良好 (r=0 .9998) ,平均回收率为 99.83 % ,RSD=0 .2 % (n=9)。结论 　该方法简便、准确、重复性好 ,可用于小儿复方贝诺酯片中贝诺酯的含量测定更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of content of Benorilate in compound benorilate tablets for infant.METHODS The chromatographic conditions included Kromasil C 18 analytical column(200mm×4 6mm,5μm);the mobile phase consisted of methanol water(75∶25);the UV detection wavelength was 240nm;flow rate 1ml·min -1 and column temperature at room temperature.RESULTS The linearity of peak area ratio was good when the injected quantity of Benorilate was 10～400μg·ml -1 (r=0 9998).The recovery was 99 83%(n=9),the RSD was 0 2%.CONCLUSION This method is convenient,accurate and can be applied in rapid quantitative determination of this preparation.更多还原
