【摘要】 在红花桑寄生叶、枝中黄酮、蒽醌、香豆素等化学成分预试的基础上 ,采用聚酰胺吸附 -硝酸铝显色法测定了叶、枝的 3h水浴 ( 60℃～70℃ )抽提液中总黄酮的含量 ,结果表明 :在料液比 1∶ 2 5 ,乙醇浓度 60 % ,水浴 3h以上的条件下 ,叶提取液总黄酮的含量为 7.9% ,而枝提取液为 6.0 1% ,在 10 0 min以内显色稳定性良好 ,平均回收率为 96.2 5 % ,基本符合实验要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the total flavonoids from stem and leaf of Scurrula parasitica L. METHODS Total flavonoids from stem and leaf of Scurrula parasitica L.were extracted by 60% ethanol,purified by polycaprolactam and determined. RESULTS The total flavonoids existed mainly in leaf of Scurrual parasitica,and the extraction time should be more than 3 hours. CONCLUSION The determination was 6 01% in stem and 7 9% in leaf.The average recovery was 96 25%.更多还原
