【摘要】 目的 　对咳炎净合剂进行药效学实验研究。 方法 　采用体外抗菌实验方法和炎症、咳嗽等动物模型 ,观察咳炎净合剂的抗菌、抗炎、镇咳、祛痰等药理作用。 结果 　咳炎净对实验菌株有不同程度的抑制作用 ,如对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌和肺炎双球菌等临床分离株的 MIC值分别是 0 .94mg· ml- 1、1.88mg·ml- 1、0 .94mg· ml- 1 ,对流感嗜血杆菌 5 85 3 4、乙型溶血性链球菌 3 2 2 10、肺炎双球菌 3 10 0 1等标准株的 MIC值分别是 15 .0 mg· ml- 1、3 0 .0 mg· ml- 1和 4.68mg· ml- 1 ;咳炎净能抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀 ;能减少氨水所致小鼠的咳嗽次数 ;可增加小鼠气管酚红排泄量。 结论 　咳炎净具有抗菌、抗炎、镇咳和祛痰等作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacological actions of Keyanjing mixt.METHODS Method of inhibition bacteria in vitro, animal models of inflammation and cough were used to investigate the pharmacodynamic actions of Keyanjing.RESULTS Allexperimental bacteria were inhibited Keyanjing. The minimal inhibition concentration(MIC)of Keyanjing is 0 94mg·ml -1 for staphylocoocusaureus (s.aureus),1 88mg·ml -1 for β hemolytic streptococcus(β hemolytic s.)0 94mg·ml -1 for diplococcus pneumoniae, 15 0mg·ml -1 for haemophillus influenzae58534, 30 0mg·ml -1 for β hemolytic s.32210 and 4 68mg·ml -1 for diplococcus pneumoniae31001. This medicine could inhibit inflammation swelling at the ear area of rats, break cough time fo rate, increase phenol red amount in throat. CONCLUSION The results showed that Keyanjing has antibiotic, anti inflammation, antitus sive and expectorant actions. This experiment supplied data for clinical cure infectionwith in the respiratory passage.更多还原
