【摘要】 目的 :探讨妊娠糖尿病 (GDM)的糖耐量试验 (OGTT)血糖值与围产期并发症的关系。方法 :对 6 0例GDM孕妇及其新生儿并发症回顾性分析。结果 :GDM孕产妇及新生儿发生并发症与一般孕妇比较发生率较高 ,其中羊水过多的发生率高低与 (OGTT)血糖值的高低有关 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :重视对OGTT轻度异常的GDM的治疗更多还原
