【摘要】 目的 :探讨坚固内固定技术在下颌骨骨折治疗中的应用。方法 :采用微型钛夹板坚固内固定技术 ,同时辅以颌间固定进行下颌骨骨折的固定及咬合关系的恢复。结果 :31例病例中 ,30例患者骨段间顺利愈合 ,咬合关系恢复正常 ,仅 1例存在轻度咬合障碍。结论 :在下颌骨骨折中使用微型钛夹板坚固内固定技术 ,操作简单、效果良好 ,既利于骨段间的稳固加速其愈合 ,又可缩短颌间固定时间 ,是目前较为理想的治疗方法。更多还原
