【摘要】 目的 :探讨B超检查方法对视网膜脱离诊断的应用价值。方法 :通过对 10 4例经手术证实的视网膜脱离B超检查图像分析 ,总结出视网膜脱离的B超特征。结果 :视网脱离的B超图像特征为“—”字形、弧形、V型、Y型、T型、人字型。对屈光间质不清 ,眼底窥不清的视网膜脱离诊断符合率为 94 %。结论 :B超检查对视网膜脱离是一种简便有效、准确的诊断方法 ,对屈光质不清者B超为首选的检查方法。对手术的选择及预后有重要价值更多还原
