细菌视紫红质高分辨图象存储中吸收和散射现象的实验研究
THE ABSORPTION AND THE SCATTERING IN THE HIGH RESOLUTION IMAGE STORAGE USING BACTERIORHODOPSIN FILM
【摘要】 本文利用细菌视紫红质变种材料 BRD96N的基态和 M态实现了图象的高分辨存储 .实验研究了该样品的吸收特性 ;在此基础上分析了散射光对 BR膜图象质量的影响 ,并通过合理的控制激发光强和激发时间在 BR膜样品上得到分辨率为 80 0 lp/ mm的高分辨图象
【Abstract】 In this paper,authors presented a high-resolution image experiment based on a mew type bacteriorhodopsin (BR D96N) which is processed through genetic manipulates.The state B and M of the photocycle were utilized.The scattering of the writing light can effect the quality of the image on BR film.This was studied by the absorption of the BR film.Consequently,800lp/mm resolutions were achieved on it.
