啤酒废水SCP发酵菌种的筛选及其发酵条件初探
An observation of screening strains and culturing conditions for SCP Fermentation in the waste water of Brewery
【摘要】 本文选用啤酒酵母、酵母Y399、热带假丝酵母三个菌株 ,对啤酒生产中两种主要废水进行了处理。确定了单细胞蛋白的发酵条件和优选菌种
【Abstract】 In this trials two kinds of waste water of brewery were conducted with three strains:Saccharomyces cerevisiae,Saccharomyces Y399,Candida tropicalis.The best strain and SCP fermentation conditions were obtained.
