不同添加剂对热应激仔鸡生产性能影响的研究
The effects of different feed additive on performance of chicken under heat stress
【摘要】 13日龄“882”品系仔鸡随机分成四组 :正常组、热应激 (32± 1℃HS)组、I处理组、II处理组并分别给予以下处理 :基础日粮 +饮用水 ;基础日粮 +饮用水 +热应激 (HS)、基础日粮 +0 .2 % (KCl、NH4 Cl、NaHCO3 ,NaCl)饮用水 +HS ;基础日粮 +0 .5 %维生素C饮用水 +HS。试验期为 2 3日 ,研究在饮用水中添加电解质、维生素C对慢性热应激肉仔鸡生产性能及其某些生理生化指标的影响。结果如下 :HS组、I处理组的料重比均比正常组低 ;正常组、I处理组、II处理组增重分别是HS组的 10 4.2 %、10 6 .5 %、10 8.3% ;处理组的腿肌 /体重、胸肌 /体重比值均高于正常组鸡 ,而且I处理组的比HS组鸡高。HS后HS组、处理组的呼吸频率 (RF)均提高 ;处理组的红细胞数也比HS组多 ;而HS组则比正常组少 ;I处理组的血红蛋白 (Hb)比HS组的高 ;所有处理组的饮用水比HS组高
【Abstract】 broilers at 13 days were randomly divided into four groups: normal group (NG),heat stress(NSG),treatment group I(T 1G)and treatment group II(T 2G). treatment method: NG was feed basic daily food(BDF)+water, HSG was feed BDF + water +HS (32±1℃,1.5h), T 1G was feed BDF+0.2%( KCl,NH 4Cl,NaHCO 3,NaCl) water + HS, T 2G was feed BDF +water containing 0.5%VitC+HS,The experiment last 23 days. The results showed that food body weight ratio of HSG, T 1G were lower than that of NG. The body weight of NG, T 1Gand T 2G were 104.2%,106.5%,108.3% that of HSG. The ratios of leg muscle and breast muscle of TG were more than that of NG. After heat stress, the FR of HSG and TG were increased. RBC of TG was more than that of HSG, but RBC of HSG was less than that of NG. Hb of T 1G was more than that of HSG. Drinking water of all TG were more than that of HSG.
