【Abstract】 The management of teaching files at the departmental level of colleges for adults is an important link in the process of education. The characteristics of the process differ from those in departments of general colleges. Teaching files in colleges for adults are divided into three categories: those of management, of teachers’ performance, and of students’ performance. Collecting, managing and making good use of such files will play a vital role in improving teaching and other types of work at the departmental level of colleges for adults.更多还原
