【Abstract】 A HPLC method for the determination of calcium pyruvate was developed. The chromatographic system consisted of C18 column and mobile phase of acetonitrile-aqueous solution (add 1mL dicyclohexylamine and 1mL formic acid anhydrous to 1000mL H2O)(5:95). The detection wavelength was 230nm. The calibration curve was linear from 0.08 to 0.8mg/mL with a regression coefficient of 0.9999.更多还原
