煤质变化对气化炉运行的影响及防范措施
Influence of Coal Quality on Gas Generator and it’s Countermeasure
【摘要】 哈尔滨气化厂煤气生产用煤一直受依兰煤矿开采能力的制约和季节的影响,入炉煤质经常达不到设计要求,其水分和灰份等主要指标的波动,严重地制约了气化炉装置生产能力的发挥和长周期稳定运行,影响了生产和工厂的经济效益,笔者等采用按煤的等级分仓贮存,在入炉前依灰份指标按比例配煤的方式供煤以及在贮煤场对存煤脱水等防范措施,对降低灰份和水份,保证粒度等收到了良好的效果。同时加强气化炉运行操作,促进和改善了气化炉装置生产能力的发挥和长周期稳定运行,增加生产,取得了很好的经济效益。
【Abstract】 The influencing factors of coal quality on the gas generator such as moisture, grain size, ash, fixed carbon, volatile compound and-melting point etc. was discussed, the relative countermeasures were proposed to improve the production capacity of gas generator, the rate of gasification, stable operation and cost reduction with remarkable economic effects.
