分光光度法测定古尼虫草中甘露醇的含量

【摘要】 根据甘露醇标准溶液做吸收曲线,作K（mg/A）值图选择标准甘露醇含量线性范围和分析波长定位420nm,在该波长下测定古尼虫草中甘露醇含量。

【Abstract】 The color reaction of mannitol with Nash reagent was studied, this method can be applied to the spectrophotometric determination of mannitol in Cogdyceps sinensis(Berk.) Saco with satisfactory results.
