【Abstract】 High-purity food tannin was prepared from gallnut by solvent extraction, via. leaching in water, extracting by ethyl acetate and removing color with active carbon. It showed that the yield of tannin was up to 60% with the content of tannic acid of more than 97.5%.更多还原
