铵盐法处理氧化锌矿的研究
A Study on Treating Zincite by Ammonium Salt Process
【摘要】 报道了用铵盐法处理含硅、铁高的氧化锌矿制取电解锌的工艺 ,试验表明 ,该工艺有流程短、技术条件易于控制、能耗低的优点。对含锌大于 2 0 %的氧化锌矿石 ,锌的浸出率可大于95 % ,锌电解直流电能耗为 2 380 - 2 4 6 0kwh/t ,阴极锌质量达到GB4 70— 831#号锌标准。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a new technique for preparation of electrolytic zinc from silicon and iron rich zincite by ammonium salt process.Experimental results show that this technique enjoys a simple flowsheet,easily controlled technological conditions and a low energy consumption.The leaching rate of zinc is up to 95% if the zinc content is over 20% of the zincite.The energy consumption of direct current for zinc electrolysis is 2380~2460 kwh/tZn,and the quality of cathode zinc corresponds to the #1 zinc according toe the national standards of China (GB 470 83).
