【摘要】 目的 探讨表面骨肉瘤的特点、诊断及治疗方法。方法 从1996年10月至2002年2月共收治13例表面骨肉瘤病人,其中骨旁骨肉瘤10例,骨膜骨肉瘤2例,高度恶性表面骨肉瘤1例。10例骨旁骨肉瘤病人中,9例行肿瘤切除人工假体置换术,其中8例广泛切除,1例行边缘性切除;另1例股骨中段肿瘤的病例行肿瘤广泛切除,瘤骨壳灭活再植术。2例骨膜骨肉瘤病人1例行肿瘤广泛切除,人工假体置换术,另1例行肿瘤广泛切除,瘤骨壳灭活再植术。高度恶性表面骨肉瘤的病人行截肢术。结果 对所有的病人进行了2个月至5年的随访。至今全部病例存活,其中高度恶性表面骨肉瘤的病人随访时间为6个月。讨论 表面骨肉瘤是较少见的肿瘤,应加强对其临床表现、生物学行为、诊断及治疗方面的认识。在正确诊断的前提下,选择合理的治疗方法可以取得比较满意的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical feature, the diagnosis and the surgical treatments of surface osteosarcoma. Methods From October 1996 to February 2002,we treated 13patients with surface osteosarcoma including 10 parosteal osteosar-rcoma, 2 periosteal osteosarcoma and 1 high - grade surface osteosarcoma. 9 patients with parosteal osteosarrcoma underwent tumor resection and prosthesis implantation, in which 8 patients had wide resection and 1 patient marginal resection. 1 patient with parosteal osteosarcoma lesion at the middle femoral region was treated with wide resection, inactivation of the tumor bone shell and replantation one patient with periosteal osteosarcoma underwent wide resection and prosthesis implantation, the other one was treated with wide resection, inactivation of the tumor bone shell and replantation Amputation was performed in one patient with high - grade surface osteosarcoma. Results All patients were followed up from 2 to 60 months and survived up to present day. The patient with high - grade surface osteosarcoma was followed up for 6 months. Conclusion Surface osteosarcoma in not a commonly encountered lesion. The clinical feature, biological activity, diagnosis and surgical treatments should be fully understood.
