不同灭活方法对骨愈合影响的实验研究
Experimental study of influence to bone healing by different methods of inactivation.
【摘要】 目的探讨不同灭活方法对骨组织愈合的影响。方法建立A、B、C三组新西兰大白兔胫骨段灭活模型,分别应用酒精浸泡、微波透热、高温煮沸等方法灭活后原位回植,于3、6、12、24周对灭活骨进行X线、HE染色、四环素荧光标记、SPECT骨扫描等检查。结果三种灭活骨均能与两端骨性愈合;组织切片观察,骨愈合过程中成骨细胞逐渐增多,分泌类骨质,钙化成新骨沉积在哈佛氏管周围形成荧光带;灭活骨段的放射性浓聚从两端开始变淡,向中间发展,24周仍有少量浓聚。结论灭活使骨愈合的过程减慢;三种灭活方法对骨愈合的影响基本相同;SPECT骨扫描可作为评价灭活骨再血管化程度的指标。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the histological and morphological changes of different devitalized bone segments in their eifects on bone healing. Methods 60 adult New Zealand rabbits were used to establish the animal models of tibia segments which were then devitalized by alcohol、boiling、microwave respectively and then re- implanted. The specimens were procured for X- ray examination 、 light microscopy 、fluorescence microscopy、 bone sccintinography at 3、6、2、24 weeks postoperatively. Results All three types of devitalized bone united with the original bone. Remodeling accomplished mostly at twenty - fourth week. Re vascularization of devitalized bone segment were seen in the adjacent area of the original Haversian canal; the number of osteoblast gradually increased and secreted osteoid tissue. Which was then calcified and deposited around the Haversian canal. The radioactivity condensation of the devitalized bone segments started at both ends, and the middle area still absorbed radionuclide at twenty fourth week. Conclusion Devitalizing decreased the healing process of bone; the three devitalizing ways demonstrated the same affect to bone healing process basically; bone scanning in late stage might evaluate the revascularization and viability of devitalized bone.
