【摘要】 目的 研究骨肉瘤组织中组织蛋白酶B的表达及其意义。方法 采用免疫组化技术(LSAB法)检测组织蛋白酶B在骨肉瘤组织中的表达水平。结果 对照组韧带样瘤及骨软骨瘤组织中均无表达。骨肉瘤组织阳性表达率为61.1％,阳性颗粒定位于胞浆;阳性者与阴性者的2年转移率差异有显著性(P<0.01)。有部分病例见肿瘤侵袭边缘呈明显阳性染色,而瘤旁组织元表达。结论 组织蛋白酶B可能参与了恶性肿瘤的侵袭与转移,而与良性侵袭性肿瘤的浸润行为无关。组织蛋白酶B表达与骨肉瘤患者早期转移密切相关,组织蛋白酶B阳性骨肉瘤患者预后较差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and significance of Cathepsin B in osteosarcoma.Methods The expression of Cathepsin B in osteosarcoma was determined by immunohistochemical(LSAB)method.Results Immuno-staining was negative in the control groups of desmoids and osteochondromas. Osteosarcoma showed positive results with Cathepsin B in 61.1 % of the patients. Immunohistochemical localization was in the cytoplasm. The rate of metastasis in cases of positive expression of cathepsin B was significantly higher than that with negative expression (P< 0.01) . Positive immun-staining of Cathepsin B was also seen at the margin of tumor invasion in some cases. Conclusion Cathepsin B may involve in the metastasis of malignant tumors, but is not related to the invasion of aggressive benign tumors.It may contribute significantly to metastasis of osteosarcoma. Cathepsin B is associated with poor prognosis of osteosareoma.更多还原
