【Abstract】 The plan on reducing of state-owned shares will have great influence upon the development of China’s market economy system in the long run. Structural changes caused by the plan in capital market will chiefly affect the development of Chinese corporation system. Through discussions on the forming mechanism of state-owned shares,the aim of reduction as well as reciprocal relation between capital market and corporation system,this article is to evaluate the relative rationalization of the reduction planning as part of economic structural readjustments.更多还原
