【Abstract】 Nowadays the rights ands interests of labor of great number of laborers, especially the peasant workers have been encroached seriously, involving almost every side of the provisions in Labor Law with varied causes. Among which the comparatively important are the miscarriages of government’s administration and the lack of legal enforcement, and the peasant workers’ qualities as well.
