【Abstract】 How to apply the constructivism learning theory in e_Learning is a topic that has drawn much attention these years. This article discusses the new reguirements for students and teachers according to the constructivism learning theory. Then discussions concentrate on how to design and build instructional web site on the basis of constructivism learning theory.
