某些纳米氧化物的合成及抑烟性能研究
Studies on Synthesis and Effects on Smoke Suppression of Nano~Oxides
【摘要】 用金属盐和碳酸钠、氢氧化钠为原料 ,采用直接沉淀法合成得到纳米CuO、ZnO、MgO和Fe2 O3 用XRD、TEM、IR测试手段对纳米级的粉体结构和形貌进行研究 ,比较了这些纳米级氧化物与微米级氧化物对聚氯乙烯 (PVC)的抑烟性能 实验结果表明 ,相同添加量 ,各种纳米氧化物对聚氯乙烯的抑烟性能比微米级氧化物要好得多
【Abstract】 CuO?ZnO?Fe 2O 3?MgO nanometer particles were synthesized by precipitation method,and metal salt?Na 2CO 3?NaOH as the starting materials.These nanometer particles were characterized by XRD?IR?TEM.The comparation effects between nanometer matal oxides and micron matal oxides on smoke suppression in PVC combustion,the results indicate that nanometer matal oxides are much better than micron ones on the same conditions.
