光通信中的物理瓶颈
Photodetecting Bottleneck in Optical Communication
【摘要】 综述光通信科技近年来的最新进展并指出了光通信科技发展中的一些瓶颈问题与解决方案 分析光通信物理过程中的激光源、调制器、放大器、光开关、传输光纤和光电接收等关键性环节 ,讨论光通信未来发展的方向
【Abstract】 The advance of optical communication is bright. New optical fiber, multi-wavelength sources, Raman amplifiers, ultra-fast switches and good photodetectors all have sprung up and are being incorporated into communication system. We have described some exciting changing in optical communication, but the physics process in them plays more important role in the development. Some keys in improvement of optical communication system are pointed. We take a discussion about the future of the optical communication in the paper.
