【Abstract】 Proper adjustment of industrial Structure is the key to accelerating the development in underdeveloped areas such as Guizhou privince.In order to make the adjustment well,a multi-aspect consideration and a reasonable tactic on design and adjustment should be chosen as the starting-point.That is :following the basic law of the progress of industrial construction while combining with developing characteristics of the age;depending on self economic and technical resources while attaching importance to the use of advantageous environment and conditions outside;paying due attention to the supporting capacity of the living environment and society while caring for the mutual harmony among the enterprises inside the industrial structure.Taking inter-provincial competition as the basic policy,we should develop in large scale the industries that show relative advantages and self characteristics.更多还原
