【摘要】 在现代经济生活中 ,政府机构履行职能所消耗的一定的社会产品 ,是凭借权力参加社会产品的分配、再分配的所获。财政收入使政府履行职能的需要得到支持 ,财政收入活动也对社会经济过程发挥一定调节作用。从对贵阳市 1978～ 2 0 0 0年财政收入规模和结构的总体分析中 ,可以看出贵阳市财政收入与国内生产总值的关系、财政收入的来源结构和经济类型结构既有发展较好的一面 ,也存在着一些问题 ,应引起决策者的重视并需制定相应对策加以解决。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the present economic life, the social products that the government consumes in the process of its administration are obtained based on its power from the distribution and re distribution of the social products. The government revenue can be used to cover the government expenditure in the process of its administration. That apart, the government revenue can play a role to adjust the social economy. Based on the gross analysis of the scale and structure of the government revenue from 1978 to 2000, we can find that the relationship between the government revenue of Guiyang and its GDP, and between the structure of the source of the revenue and the structure of its economic type demonstrates its strengths and certain weaknesses, which should draw the attention of policy makers and urge us to work out appropriate approaches to solving them.更多还原
