【Abstract】 Capital transposition refers to the conversion of stocked capital, tangible or intangible, in the society into live capital with increasable values. Such capital can, by means of market regulation and government policy, become manageable to increase its values to the maximum possibility through circulation, combination, fission, loan, transfer and the like. This is a new idea and a new approach put forward by decision-making group through practice in Douyun. It was first applied in city construction and has produced good results. This paper is an initial summary and analysis of the city construction through capital transposition in Douyun. At first, it introduces the present situation of the city construction, the difficulties and the problems the city encounters. Secondly, it analyzes the situation and problems arising from such capital transposition. And finally, it puts forward some proposals and opinions to speed up the city construction by applying this new practice further.更多还原
