油田污水处理最优控制系统研究
Research on an optimal control system for waste water treatment in oil fields
【摘要】 该文从便于实现计算机优化控制的角度 ,着眼于调整油田注水开发全过程的水质特性 ,即根据具体油田的地化参数 ,调整注入水的pH值 ,使注水管、油管的腐蚀、结垢及地层的结垢尽可能少 ,研究了油田污水处理控制新技术的优化控制算法 ,通过现场实验 ,建立了多参数控制对象模型 ,设计出了污水处理解耦控制模型和优化控制算法
【Abstract】 In order to realize optimization control by computer operation,this paper stresses the way to adjust the properties of injected water in the whole process of oil field waterflooding,that is ,to adjust the pH value of the injected water according to its geological parameters and chemical parameters of some oil fields so as to yield the least corrosion and clotted dirty on the injection water tube and oil tube and the least clotted dirty in the stratum.The paper studies the optimization control algorithm of the technology about the waste water treatment in oil fields.Through field experiments,a multi parameter object control model is established.A decoupling mathematic model and optimization control algorithm are worked out.
