新型物位检测技术应用研究
Application research on a new level measuring technology
【摘要】 本文结合宝钢现场实际 ,介绍了常用的物位检测技术。着重分析了超声波、雷达、相位跟踪检测技术的工作原理、特点以及所适用的场合。最后针对现场物位测量存在的技术问题 ,分析原因 ,并给出改正举措 ,以期为现场的设备选型以及专业技术应用提供指导性的意见。
【Abstract】 In light of the actual condition at Baosteel’s working field,this paper presents the normal level measuring technology and then emphatically analyses the working principle and characteristics of ultrasonic,radar and phase tracking measuring technologies and their applied situations.Finally aimed at some problems existing in the level measuring technology of working fields,it analyses the causes and proposes correcting measures so as to offer instructive opinions about the selection of equipment models and their specialized applications to meet the needs of working filds
