【摘要】 目的 :观察联机血液透析滤过治疗尿毒症的临床疗效和不良反应。方法 :回顾性分析我院 2 1例常规血液透析(HD) 1～ 7年 ,伴有 HD并发症及不适症状患者行后稀释法联机血液透析滤过 (HDF) 2 5 2例次 ,并与 2 3例常规 HD患者 874例次进行比较 ,观察血尿素氮 (BUN)、肌酐 (Scr)、血钙 (Ca)、血磷 (Sp)、β2 - 微球蛋白 (β2 - M)下降率及治疗中常见透析并发症和不良反应发生率。结果 :联机 HDF疗效优于 HD,并发症和不良反应低于 HD (P <0 .0 1) ,HDF治疗后 BUN、Scr、 Sp、β2 - M水平显著降低 ,Ca有所提高。结论 :后稀释法联机 HDF能有效地清除尿毒症患者血中的大、中、小分子物质 ,透析效果显著 ,患者对该疗法的耐受性显著提高 ,是伴有 HD并发症及不适症状尿毒症患者的良好选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of on-line hemodiafiltration (on-line HDF) in patients with uremia.Methods:The clearance of blood urea nitrogen (BUN),Serum creatinine (Scr),serum calcium (Ca),serum phosphate (SP),β 2 -Microglobulin (β 2 -M),rate of dialysis complication in 21 cases of ESRD patients treated with on-line HDF for 252 times were compared to those with hemodialysis (HD),23 cases for 874 times.Results:On-line HDF patients had better clinical effect than that of HD.The rate of dialysis complications and negative effect were much less in on-line HDF patients than that of HD (P<0.01).The clearance of BUN,Scr,SP and β 2 -M were better than that of HD.Conclusion:The clearance of all sizes of uremic toxins were significantly better than that of HD.On-line HDF is a good way to treat the ESRD patients expecially to those with dialysis complications and those who can not tolerate HD.更多还原
